With September at our doors, we are launching our webinar season! As we have over the last 3 years, we will aim for 5 pm on the first Wednesday of each month. As always, we’ll do our best to keep them useful, relevant and fun!

In this episode, we will do fast and furious refresher on a multitude of topics that keep popping up. Basically a 5-minute basic boot camp on each of the following:

Who is responsible to repair the unit after water damage?
Can we still do virtual meetings?
EV chargers: do I need a by-law or an EV agreement?
Who can modify common elements (and how)?
Liens: what they cover and when to register them?
Can “Single family provisions” prevent short-term rentals?
Are smoke free buildings legal?
What is covered by the corporation’s insurance?
What dispute can I bring to the CAT?
Who can chair our AGM?
